This course examines the nature and dynamics of both personal and organizational conflicts. It will offer an approach to conflict resolution that is sensitive to the character and purposes of God. The course will include a focus on administrative and relational skills applicable to personal or church conflict situations.

This course will consider the various approaches found in current emergent/emerging church developments as located primarily in North America and Britain. The basic philosophies, methodologies, key leaders and strategies will be evaluated in light of perceived strengths and weakness within the broad spectrum of evangelicalism.
