The goal of the graduate degree programs is to prepare God-called men and women for Christian ministries such as pastors, associate pastors, church planters, missionaries, and ministers to adults, youth or children. Some graduates go on to do further post-graduate studies. Study on the Cochrane campus or through the internet takes place in a community of learning that values academic excellence, practical training, and commitment to Christ as Lord.
The seminary offers two Master’s level degree programs: The Master of Divinity (M.Div.) degree and the Master of Arts in Christian Education (M.A.C.E.) degree. A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university is pre-requisite to a graduate degree from the seminary. Degrees from unaccredited colleges or universities will be considered on an individual basis. Applicants should have the equivalent of a grade point average of 2.0 or better on a 4.0 scale.
