Seminary Application Roadmap

All applications must be made on the official Application for Admission form.  An application may be obtained from the Admissions Office.  A $50.00 non-refundable application fee must accompany all applications for admission. Completed forms must be returned to the Admissions Office no less than 45 days prior to registration.

Please use the following checklist as a guide:

o 2 Passport-type Photos
o Statement of Conversion and Call
o Three Confidential Personal References
o One Confidential Pastoral Reference
o Church Endorsement Form
o All Official Transcripts
o Official TOEFL Test Score (if applicable)

Statement of Conversion & Call
Submit a 500 word statement of your conversion and call from God to Christian Ministry. Include the following: how your spouse relates to this call (if you are married), how God has been using you recently, areas of weakness in your Christian walk and ministry, areas of strengths and spiritual giftedness,your purpose in seeking a seminary education and where you feel seminary
training will lead you.
Confidential References 
Complete the waiver statement on the two Confidential Personal Reference forms and the Confidential Pastoral Reference form and forward them to the referees. The personal references
are to be completed by a mature Christian (not a family member). Supply each referee with a stamped envelope marked “Confidential” and addressed to the Admissions Office Transcripts
All official transcripts from high school and any post-secondary institutions attended must be sent directly to the Admission’s Office.
TOEFL
All applicants (regardless of citizenship) whose first language is not English must submit the result of the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). For more information contact TOEFL at http://www.toefl.org. Transcripts with your official results must be sent directly to the Admission Office.

Please note: The application will be processed after all materials have been received. Once the application file is complete, the Admissions Committee will review it and notify you of their decision in writing. Applicants will be updated periodically on the status of their file. Please check with the Admissions office to find out what documents are still outstanding.
