College Housing (2-options):
- RESIDENCE HOUSING (download "Residence Housing Policy Manual"): Students enrolled in the Bachelor/Diploma/Certificate of Christian Studies or the Samuel Program are eligible to apply for this kind of housing. Students are required to take at least 9 credit hours per semester (spring & fall) in order to qualify. Several 3-bedroom fully furnished apartments have been set up to accommodate up to six students of the same gender to share (two students per room). Currently the maximum age for a student to live in residence housing is 21 years.
First year students choosing to live on campus are only eligible to apply for Residence Housing. In the second and following year(s), students may continue to stay in Residence Housing or apply for Student Housing (see below).
The fees below include water, sewer, laundry facilities, garbage pick-up, electricity, heat as well as Shaw Internet & TV.
$1,500.00 per semester per student
This fee* is due at the beginning of each semester.

- STUDENT HOUSING (download "Student Housing Policy Manual"): Students enrolled in the Bachelor or Diploma of Christian Ministry are eligible to apply for this kind of housing. Second year students enrolled in the Bachelor or Diploma of Christian Studies can apply for Student Housing (housing info below) or remain in Residence Housing (see above).
Seminary Housing (1-option):
- STUDENT HOUSING (download "Student Housing Policy Manual"): There are 42 unfurnished housing units available on campus for students who take at least 9 credit hours per semester (spring & fall). Our 2 & 3-bedroom units are row housing and the 1-bedroom units are in an apartment building. Single students have the option to apply for a 1-bedroom unit or share a larger unit with other single student(s) of the same gender with the rent being divided equally. Student housing applications are held while the application for study is processed. Once an applicant is accepted into a program, then housing assignments are finalized usually two months before the start of the semester.
The fees below include water, sewer, garbage pick-up as well as Shaw Internet & TV. All other utilities (Electricity, Gas, & Phone) are the tenants’ responsibility.
Rent* is due at the beginning of each month.
